In metal shaping, it is possible to incorporate complex shapes by integrating three-dimensional water channels into molds, which improves production efficiency through enhanced cooling rates, reduces mold production days by adding some additional shaping, and decreases welding labor and jig requirements by creating multiple parts as a single unit. It also contributes to mold-less production (reducing management labor and storage space) and lightweight technology, proving useful in various industries. We would like to advance development together with our customers based on our accumulated knowledge and their concepts. At the Toyohashi office, we operate with certifications equivalent to JISQ9100, EN9100 (including ISO9001), and medical device manufacturing licenses.
